POLYPROPYLENE
Woven polypropylene containers (BIG BAGS) are suitable for packaging goods in bulk on the market. Apart from them, in our portfolio you will find the so-called QBagsand other polypropylene sacks.
BIG BAGS
Woven polypropylene containersBIG BAGS(BIG BAGS) are suitable for packaging bulk goods in the market. BIG BEGS are used for transportation and storage of bulk and powdery materials (cereal crops, feed, mineral fertilizers, cement, etc.) suitable for various applications in a wide range of industries - mining, construction, feed and other industries.
Main advantages:
- Load capacity - from 100 kg to 2000 kg;
- Convenient and quick loading and unloading of large volumes of goods, using mechanized equipment;
- Convenient and quick loading and unloading of large volumes of goods, using mechanized equipment;
- Economic benefits – saving transport costs and storage space.
- Fully recyclable
Big Bags are made of polypropylene fabric with different weights and different strength parameters, with or without UV stabilization. It is possible to manufacture them with laminated fabric, which protects the product from the penetration of moisture and dust from the external environment.
Types offered:
- According to the grip: one-point, two-point and four-point;
- According to the way of filling: open, with inlet nozzle, cone-shaped nozzle, apron-type opening;
- According to discharge method: smooth bottom, outlet spigot, star type spigot, cap spigot and apron spigot
Q BAGS
Q BAGS are big bags with internal partitions added between every two outer walls. The strengthening of the construction of Q-bags allows saving of storage space and a significant reduction of transport costs compared to standard big-bags.
Flexible polypropylene containers, big bags, as a convenient, easy-to-use and economical packaging, have undergone development and improvement over the years in terms of optimizing strength and safety, facilitating work with them and increasing the efficiency of their use.
Advantages
Standard big bags, despite their widespread distribution, have some disadvantages, as they inflate after filling, and this sometimes makes them difficult to load, especially in containers. The appearance of Q-bags solves some of the main disadvantages of standard big bags, and although they are more expensive as a package, their use is economically justified for some main reasons and their differences with standard containers, namely:
- Q-bags retain their original geometry after filling, despite the resulting inflation, the inflation itself being far more predictable than that of standard big-bags;
- Thanks to the internal dividers at the corners of the Q-bags after filling, they stay more compact, regardless of the volume weight of the product and give the impression of a better organized load;
- Cue runs have a more stable behaviour after filling and this makes them safe for multi-row storage, incl. and during transport;
- Cue runs save cargo space by:
- on the one hand, can be arranged in several rows;
- on the other hand, with their parallelepiped shape, they lead to compaction of the transport space, which can lead to savings in transport costs of up to 25%
- Q-BAGS, with their improved stability, can be used more effectively than standard ones when organizing the warehouse. Standard Big Begs, especially at higher heights, need to be carefully braced for storage and the possibilities for stacking them in multiple rows are far more limited;
- The differences between the two types of big bags are also in terms of packaging products.
